We reserve the right for backorders and failed deliveries from our suppliers, strikes, lockouts, Force Majeure, or other events beyond our control.
CNC-Denmark ApS is not liable for the exchange of any EUR pallets and pallet frames. These will be invoiced at the cost price valid at the time of delivery.
It is the responsibility of the recipient, in collaboration with the carrier, to handle the exchange of pallets and pallet frames if necessary.
Prices
All prices are exclusive of VAT. Orders are accepted at the prices applicable at the time of delivery. The final order confirmation will contain the applicable price.
Payment
General payment terms: 50% bank transfer upon order placement + 50% from the invoice date. We reserve the right to set payment terms based on a specific credit evaluation.
Delivered goods remain the property of CNC-Denmark ApS until full payment is received.
In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge interest in accordance with applicable legislation. Outstanding payments may delay scheduled shipments.
Trade Documents from CNC-Denmark ApS
Invoices, credit notes, account statements, any payment reminders, and any interest notes will, as a rule, be sent electronically as a PDF via email.
Complaints
Any defects or issues with a delivery must be reported to CNC-Denmark ApS within a maximum of 5 working days.
Transport damages must be reported immediately upon receipt to both the carrier and CNC-Denmark ApS.
Returns
Any return of goods must be agreed upon with CNC-Denmark ApS and made within 5 days from the delivery date. Without prior agreement, goods cannot be returned.
Purchased goods cannot be returned, and already initiated orders can only be canceled if the order can still be canceled at the factory.
A fee and freight may be deducted from the return.
The goods must, of course, be returned undamaged.
Personal Data
As a customer at cnc-denmark.com, we only register the information you enter for the purpose of sending confirmation of your order and informing you about the payment for your order. The registration takes place when the entered information is automatically placed into our systems.
We need the following information when you shop with us:
First name, last name, address, city, country, phone number, and email address, as well as any comments you may have regarding the order.
We register and share the personal information necessary to deliver the product to you. We also collaborate with several other companies that store and process data. These companies process information exclusively on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.
All information is stored for at least 5 years according to the accounting law, and you can request deletion or access to your stored information. We store information to handle complaints, guarantees, and similar issues, should they arise.
Additionally, your information is stored if you have a login so that you can log into your account and complete your purchase more quickly.
Personal information is stored in a customer database. This personal data is protected by a login, and only employees with necessary permissions have access to it. Your information will be shared with our shipping provider to send your package.
If you have signed up for our newsletter, the information will also be shared with our newsletter program so that we can send out newsletters regularly.
In some cases, we are obligated to delete your personal data if you request it. For example, this can happen if your data is no longer needed for the purpose for which we collected it. You can also contact us if you believe your personal data is being processed in violation of the law. All requests for changes, deletion, and access must be met and processed within 30 days without undue delay. If you have an account with us, you can also make these requests through your login.
All entries in any form on our shop are sent directly to an email address for our customer service. These inquiries are stored and will be deleted if they are no longer relevant or upon request. You can also contact us if you believe your personal data is being processed in violation of the law.
We only collaborate with data processors within the EU or in countries that can provide sufficient protection for your information.

As a customer, you always have the right to object to the registration, and you have the right to access the information that is registered about you. These rights are granted under the Data Protection Act.
